The E-Factor Diet Plan

The E-Factor Diet Plan is a very unique diet plan with a way of dieting, which hasn't been seen in another diet plan yet. This plan doesn't require you to count calories or drinking some secret juices to be able to start losing weight. It's also not a protein only - no carb diet plan.

With E-Factor Diet you can eat as much protein as you like, you can eat as much vegetables as you like, you can drink as much water as you want. The only thing you need to take care of, is that you are staying away from foods your body is intolerant to.

This a real life changing diet plan which you can easily follow all your life long, since you're eating real food and not some chemical diet food. In my opinion, this is the first diet plan which everyone and anyone can easily follow. It makes losing fat simple (NOT easy), simple. This diet plan also doesn't promise that you're going to lose 20 pounds in two weeks or so, since that wouldn't be healthy anyway. What the creator of this diet does promise is, that you'll lose weight if you are willing to change your eating related habits.
